Quotes are valid for 24 hours and based on the information provided. Bookings are confirmed once accepted in writing.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices are net of VAT where applicable. Invoices are due as per the agreed payment terms.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited as set out in our standard trading conditions, with insurance available on request.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations after dispatch may incur charges reflecting work undertaken.
7. Prohibited items
We do not transport hazardous, illegal, or restricted goods without prior written agreement.
